The Spring Sale, Part Two of Three parts was announced by Mr. David Akers. Akers has been busy cataloguing and researching the thousands of coins from one of the finest collections assembled in this century. Part #1` that took place in October brought over $11 Million dollars. Many numismatists have been fortunate to view a sampling of his coins from time to time. John Jay was a tireless numismatist and freely displayed parts of his fabulous collection at many ANA's and Fun conventions over the past years. Part two will take place beginning May 19, 20, 21st, 1998 and will be held at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor, 110 South Eutaw Street, Baltimore, MD 21201, 410-962-0202. Lot viewing will take place beginning the Saturday before the sale. Catalogues are available for $50.
