Templeton Reid $5.00 Repaired, ex: U.S. Mint Collection
At first glance it appears to be very high grade but surfaces are brilliant on obverse and reverse from repair and cleaning. The reverse has an assay mark at 12:00 as well as edge dings at 10:00 and 2:00.
